Karabiber , pulbiber, naneyi ve tuzu ekleyin.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pirinç ve bulguru da ekleyip 1 su bardağı sıcak su ilave edin. Suyunu çekince limon ve ince kıyılmış maydanozu ekleyin ... Böylece içi hazır.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Biberleri bu harçla üstte biraz boşluk kalacak şekilde doldurun ve üzerlerine iri iri doğradığınız domateslerden kapak yapın ve yayvan tencereye dizin.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tencereye dizdiğiniz biberlerin üzerine 1 yemek kaşığından az salçalı su hazırlayıp yarısına gelecek şekilde suyu doldurun. Soğanlar pembeleşince salçayı ekleyip karıştırın. Sonra yarım ay şeklinde ince doğranmış sucuğu ekleyin, az kavurun,domatesleri küp küp doğrayıp, tencereye ekleyin. Semizotlarını da ekleyin, tuzunu atın ve tencerenin kapağını kapatın, kısık ateşte pişmeye bırakın. Semizotu suyunu salar ama suyunu çekince 1 su bardağı da sıcak su ekleyin, tuzu eklemeyi unutmayın.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Yemek pişince 2 kaşık kadar bulgur ekleyin. Yemeğiniz kısık ateşte pişince daha güzel oluyor. Unu ilave ederken,su bardakları ölçüsü tam tutmayacağndan, önce 1 buçuk bardak; sonra duruma göre yarım yarım ilave edin, kulak memesi kıvamını bilirsiniz ya...:)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sonra hamura istediğiniz şekli verin, ister simit gibi, ister çubuk gibi, ister kalıplarla kesin... İnanın sanki her şekilde tadı değişiyor... sonra ayırdığınız yumurta beyazına bir yüzünü bulayın, sonra da susama batırın. Kelepçeli kalıbın orta boyunu margarin ile yağlayın, hamuru koyun . 170 derece fırında 20-25 dakika pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kreması için margarini eritip unu kavurun. Sütünü ve şekeri ekleyip, unu azar ekleyin, sürekli karıştırın, kaynamaya başlayıncaya kadar pişirin. Kremayı ocaktan aldıktan sonra margarini ekleyip5 dakika mikserle çırpın.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Çikolata sosunda da tüm malzemeyi katın , kaynayınca kadar karıştırın, yapmazsanız da olurama iki kenarda çikolata ortada beyaz krema , görüntü şahane oluyo... Artan sosla da çikolata topları yaptım...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Keki soğutup ikiye kesin. Her bir parçasını kahveyle ıslatın sonrada her parçaya çikolata sosu gezdirin. Muzu ince şeritler halinde kesip yerleştirin, sonra da kremayı sürün. Ama sıkıntıdan patladım... bütün gün uğraştığım yemeğin tadı güzel olunca bütün bunlara değdi... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Yarım kg madımak ( diğer yarısını da yıkayıp doğrayıp buzluğa koydum çiğden)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 orta boy soğan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 yemek kaşığı zeytin yağı ( ben az yağlı yapıyorum yemekleri )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kaşık dom. salçası&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;biraz sucuk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3-4 su bardağı sıcak su (önce 3 ekleyin az gelirse 1 bardak daha ekleyin)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2-3 yemek kaşığı bulgur&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Madımağı bi güzel ayıklayın. Bol suda yıkayın. Çok ince olmadan doğrayın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Soğanı doğrayın yağla kavurun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pembeleşince salçasını ekleyin, az daha kavurun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sucukları küçük küçük doğrayın, salçalı soğana ekleyin, onu da kavurun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hafif sucuğun yağı çıkınca madımağı ekleyin, biraz kavurun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 su bardağı sıcak suyu ekleyin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Önce yüksek iyice kaynayınca kısık ateşte 3o dk pişirin&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Madımak pişince bulguru ekleyin, 10 dk da bulgur pişene kadar bekleyin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bu kadar...
